UAG typically invests in opportunities capable of creating value in underserved markets either solely or in a syndicated platform with strategic capital partners. The investment program may consist of ground-up development, significant redevelopment / adaptive re-use, or price-discounted opportunities.


Our investment criteria consists of most, if not all, of the following parameters:

o Urban submarket, preferably within the City of Miami jurisdictional boundaries
o Downside protection, either through existing NOI or below-market pricing
o Potential for value creation through significant leasing, redevelopment or repositioning within 5-year timeframe
o Potential for multiple exit strategies
o Preferably off-market
o Maximum acquisition of $15MM
